INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPY

Services provided for individuals ages 6 and up. Areas of challenge may include, but are not limited to: ADHD, Anxiety, Burnout, Stress, Depression, Divorce, Grief/Loss, Parenting, Sexuality, Self-Esteem, and PTSD.

Resolve family conflict, improve communication, and create deeper connections. All types of families welcome!

Individuals struggling with challenges outside of my scope of practice will be referred to a specialist provider.

I may not be the best fit for individuals seeking support for Autism, Eating Disorders, Conduct Disorders, Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia, or Substance Abuse.

GROUP ART THERAPY

Benefits of group therapy include the support and encouragement of peers who are engaged in a similar struggle, a safe and nurturing atmosphere which will reassure group members to share thoughts and feelings about their mental health (or other) issues, an experienced group therapist who will add therapeutic direction and counseling to the group support, and inspiration and guidance on taking the journey towards authenticity and self-growth.

CANINE ASSISTED THERAPY

C.K. Dexter Haven, aka Dex, is a 2 year old therapy dog. He provides loving and playful connection to individuals within the therapy office.

Dex is a hypo-allergenic mini Aussie Doodle and is up to date on all medical and hygienic care.

Is it sometimes hard to find the words to describe how you feel?

You're in the right place.

I provide individual and family therapy by integrating different forms of self-expression to promote reflection, growth, and positive change. My therapeutic approach is flexible, eclectic, and accepting. I will sometimes encourage art, play, drama, and other expressive outlets to help the wounded parts of self to speak, heal, and thrive.

Art therapy does not have to be used in our work together, and we can utilize your preferred approach. We will work together to create a treatment plan that fits your goals.

The most important part of our work together will be identifying and celebrating your values to promote living as your best self.

INSURANCE

I am an out of network provider for most plans.

All one-hour sessions cost $150 due at the time of the appointment. HSA accepted.

I will provide a Superbill which is a document that you turn into your insurance provider for sessions to go towards your out-of-network benefits.

Clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate upon request.

cancellation policy

24 business hours notice required for all cancellations.

Total session fee applied for any cancellation within 24-hour window or missed appointment (no-show).

Individual and Family Therapy sessions are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays. Group Therapy on Tuesdays for 6 weeks.
